Custom Human Resources Onboarding Software

Suit-Kote needed to bring their onboarding process into the digital age. We worked closely with employees as well as other vendors to coordinate the hardware, software and security needs of the application. An in-depth study of required paperwork and existing processes were undertaken and transferred to an easy-to-use interface for new and existing employee onboarding. These included personnel information, health, life, dental, AD&D, direct deposit and government forms. The application utilizes digital signatures and interfaces with the company’s existing internal database. Overall, nearly 20,000 lines of programming code was written for this custom human resources onboarding software.
