Immediately after Accutrol, LLC acquired Tek-Air, we were asked to make various changes on their web site. In addition, we suggested the creation of a press release based on how they were communicating the news to the employees of both companies, so that the industry also became aware of the acquisition. Although short, this press release was an important component of this milestone event.
